Our group workout classes are built on evidence based fitness principles to maximize results while minimizing wear and tear on the body. They’re designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve energy levels.
The blend of strength building and low-impact exercises in each Malibu Crew workout allows for regular participation in exercise, and the benefits of regular fitness activities are known to include less risk of chronic disease, improved pain tolerance, better stress management and sleep, increased self-esteem, and reduced feelings of anxiety and depression.
Through our group fitness classes and regularly scheduled community building events our members build camaraderie and connections. These connections form a tight knit community with a shared goal of self improvement.
